die Packages gehören zum JDBC-Treiber. Mit dem size-Parameter von db2jdbcbind kann die Anzahl der generierten Packages vorgegeben werden:

"size number of packages
The number of internal packages to bind for each DB2 transaction isolation level and holdability setting. The default is 3. Since there are four DB2 isolation levels and two cursor holdability settings, there will be 14x2=8 times as many dynamic packages bound as are specified by this option. Demnach sollte ein -805 nicht auftreten.

So aus der Ferne fällt mir da auch nichts mehr ein. Da müßte man wohl ins DB2-JDBC-Umfeld detaillierter einsteigen.
