However I got a Dot all the time not a Comma !

As I traced this though the source tree, I see there have been many changes
to the display of
the separator, this is due to a number of defects / APARs.

As a result we are now forced to use the old country settings of DB2.

Examples
--------------

In order to us a Comma

db2set -g DB2COUNTRY=49

or to use a Dot


db2set -g DB2COUNTRY=44

Remember to terminate the connection before running a select of any sort
once changed.
